Sinneave’s websites may include eLearning courses, chat widgets, comment sections, question and answer widgets, forums widgets, and interactive areas (the “Features“). By using these features, you agree to not perform the following:

By posting any Content onto the forum widgets, chat widgets, comment sections, question and answers widgets, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce such Content. Sinneave will not be responsible for and assumes no liability for any Content posted or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter in the above mentioned Features.
Monitoring, Editing and Disclosure of Communications
Sinneave has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and Content associated with its Features (forum widgets, chat widgets, comment sections, question and answers widgets, and any other widgets), For greater certainty, Sinneave may: (i) investigate any suspected or reported violation of its policies or complaints; (ii) issuing warnings; (iii) suspend or terminate service; and/or (iv) remove, screen or edit any Content.
Sinneave maintains the right at all times to edit, disclose, refuse to post, request removal of, or remove any Content as may be necessary to comply with any law, regulation or government or agency request or if, in Sinneave’s sole discretion, such Content is objectionable or in violation of these Terms of Use.
